Further, we also provide tablets with edible shrink-wrap forming uniform thin film on tablet. All embossing on the tablet are visible even after coating.

Quality Assurance

Quality being our forte, we comply with various international standard while manufacturing environment friendly readymix tablet coating. Our manufactured aqueous coatings are non toxic and are in compliance to WHO GMP norms. We test the color density, viscosity, metal content and several other features of tablet coatings by using sophisticated  instruments like UV spectrophotometer, brook field viscometer & reflectance spectrometer with computerized color matching programme. To maintain hygienic condition, 5µ filtered UV treated water is used for cleaning the equipment. Our quality inspectors conduct regular inspection for various quality parameters and keep the record of the final result. For the satisfaction of clients, we offer following reports: Qualitative analysis report: comprises of list of ingredients of particular WINCOAT* along with the name of the pharmacopoeia to which they are complying Certificate of analysis: showing the tests carried out of that particular WINCOAT*, limits and results obtained Color matching report: Shows graphs of both standard and batch that helps in matching the color and identifying the colorants. For the convenience of our clients while registering for the products, we also specify color C.I No. in the report.

Research And Development

Our ultra sound research and development unit is well equipped with latest instruments and tools for conducting research on the various parameters of tablet coatings. Our researchers conduct in-depth research to discover more economical alternatives for the conventional polymers used in coatings. They keep themselves abreast with latest developments across the world and provide information about non toxic natural color applications in WINCOAT. It’s their consistent research efforts that has enabled us reduce the time consuming aspect of coloring the sub-coat. They conduct screening and selection of approved colours and provide varied options to production team. They have helped us in developing e-win shades cards which stores hundreds of regular as well as newly created colors by us that can be used to develop and identify colors of customers’ choice for their new product development.

Warehousing Facility

We have capacious warehouse where we store raw material and manufactured tablet coatings in bulk amount to facilitate continuous production process and meet the huge demand of clients respectively. Our warehouse is properly sealed and adequate temperature and humidity is maintained inside the warehouse to maintain the self life of finished tablet coatings. To maintain hygienic conditions, our storekeepers regularly clean and fumigate the warehouse.

Packaging

Our packaging professionals carefully pack the manufactured tablet coatings to ensure safe and easy shipment Manufactured tablet coatings are packed in double line polythene bags which in turn are packed in polymer coated fiber drums having a metal rim with a tamper proof plastic seal. We also use HDPE jars if the product to be packed is in small quantity. After packaging the boxes are properly labeled to avoid any confusion during shipment process.

Usage Of Readymix Tablet Coating

Our manufactured aqueous coatings do not require any specialized equipment for tablet coating. These can be used with any coating machine like a conventional coating pan, perforated coating pan like Accela-Cota, Ganscota, Neocota, Ramacota and Fluid bed coating equipment. Adequate quantity of solvent is taken and vortex is prepared by stirring. To the prepared vortex WINCOAT* is added as fast as possible without allowing powder to float on the surface. This mixture is stirred for 45 minutes and if necessary filtered through 100 mesh. No homogenizing or further grinding is required and WINCOAT* suspension is stirred gently while coating.
